The finalized figurine aims to closely resemble the subject in the uploaded picture; however, it's important to note that achieving an exact replica may vary due to the artistic interpretation and the handmade nature of the process. Our skilled artisans make every effort to capture the unique features and characteristics of the individual in the figurine. While we strive for a high level of resemblance, slight variations may occur to ensure the best possible representation in the chosen medium of clay. Rest assured, we work diligently to create a personalized and cherished keepsake that captures the essence of the subject as accurately as possible. However, the physical item might slightly differ from your picture due to light, picture resolution, angle, undefined facial expression, etc. We promise at least 80-90% resemblance is our bottom line! Do keep in mind that we offer the option for customers to receive a picture of amidway proof via WhatsApp during the sculpting process. This allows you to review and provide feedback on the work in progress, ensuring that it meets your expectations. To ensure timely production, we kindly request that you review and reply to the midway proof of your figurine within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will assume that you are satisfied with the current appearance and will proceed with the finalization of the figurine accordingly. Please note that customers that choose 1-Day Express service WILL NOT be offered midway proof; customers that choose 3-Day Fast service will be responsible for the delay if fail to reply in time.
